My partner and I spent the last 2 months providing Kevin Wuertley (and his wife Renee) with confidential information and industry contacts that we had collected over the last 12 months to get his digital signage business started and financed on the promise (we have recorded phone calls) that we would be principals in the business, ABB-Advertising Company.

Kevin is a self-admitted novice when it comes to running a business and every time he opens his mouth in a conversation about conducting business this becomes painfully obvious.  He spent 2 months using me and my partner for our knowledge with the promise that we would be principals in his company (again we have many emails and phone calls to validate these claims) .  We gave him industry contacts, vendors, knowledge of equipment, systems and competition and critical financing information he has used to raise capital in the form of budgets, cash flow projections and PowerPoint presentations all of which was copy written and is now being used illegally!

After sucking us dry for information, proclaiming his "Christian values" (he supposedly just finished seminary school) and speaking to God "clear as day", he decided we were no longer of value and has ended the relationship and not returned our email or phone communications for the last 2 weeks.

Bottom Line: Be very wary of Kevin Wuertley (and his wife Renee) and any promises they make if you are a small business owner (or Christian Business Network member) looking to advertise with Kevin's company ABB-Advertising Company. I will be happy to discuss any of the details regarding this situation.
